2014 has brought on some new challenges food wise for me so all recipes from now on will be gluten free and many of them dairy free too. Over the past year I have learned that for the most part, if you have a good gluten free flour (so far this has been my favorite) you can just replace it for regular white flour. You should be able to do the same for these gluten free recipes if you so choose. I will try to post any changes you could make if you didn't want gluten or dairy free. So far I don't miss the gluten but dairy is still a struggle. :)
